Responsibilities

• Collect and wash all items used for meal prep.
• Clean dishes from meals served: plates, flatware, glassware.
• Load and unload the dishwasher.
• Store cleaned dishes in proper kitchen locations.
• Clean the dishwashing area and shut equipment off at shift end.
• Report issues with washing machinery.
• Empty compost buckets into the outside bin.
• Sweep and mop the walk-in and kitchen floors.
• Clean kitchen storage shelves.
• Assist with kitchen prep tasks.
• Maintain overall cleanliness and organization.
