BRU Burger Bar - Montgomery is seeking a Dishwasher to support our busy Montgomery, OH location. The role involves washing and sanitizing dishes, assisting kitchen staff, and maintaining a clean, organized dish area. On-the-job training will be provided for those new to the role.

The dishwasher will help ensure a safe, efficient kitchen environment, work as part of a team, and respond to the needs of a fast-paced dining operation with flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; on-the-job training will be provided.
• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a high level of cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, and cooking utensils by hand or using commercial dishwashing equipment.
• Ensure all items are cleaned, sanitized, and free of food residue.
• Maintain a clean, organized dishwashing area.
• Assist kitchen staff by returning tools, pots, and pans to designated areas.
• Empty and clean trash bins regularly to maintain hygiene.
• Assist with basic food preparation tasks as needed.
• Perform routine maintenance on dishwashing equipment and report issues.
