Responsibilities

• DISHWASHING and sanitization: wash dishes, glassware, flatware and utensils; ensure cleanliness and proper sanitation; maintain organized area.
• Kitchen support: assist with collecting and returning tools, empty trash, assist with basic food prep as needed.
• Equipment maintenance: perform routine maintenance on dishwashing equipment and report issues.
• Stocking and organization: restock dishes, glassware, and utensils; store cleaning supplies safely.
• Health and safety: follow guidelines for handling cleaning chemicals and prevent cross-contamination; maintain personal hygiene.
