• Equipment maintenance: perform routine maintenance on dishwashing equipment and report malfunctions.
• Stocking and organization: restock dishes and utensils; store cleaning supplies properly.
• Health and safety: follow guidelines for chemicals, sanitation, and cross-contamination prevention; maintain personal hygiene and uniforms.
