Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old.
• Able to lift and carry up to 70 lbs multiple times per shift.
• Able to stand 100% of shift.
• comfortable working in damp, hot environments.
• Flexible shift including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Loads, runs and unloads the dish machine following Ruby Tuesday procedures.
• Keeps the dish machine clean and reports any problems.
• Washes and stores all tableware and kitchenware; maintains clean levels.
• Keeps dish area clean and organized; restocks supplies.
• Bags and hauls dish room trash to dumpster on schedule.
• Cleans floors, restrooms, mats and back dock areas as needed.
• Maintains cleanliness of carpeted and non-carpeted floors per standards.
• Sets up, maintains, and breaks down dish area before, during, and after shifts.
• May assist in cleaning and preparing foods for cooking as directed.
• Other duties as assigned.
