Qualifications

• Able to lift and carry up to 70lbs, up to 20 times per shift.
• Ability to stand 100% of shift.
• Work flexible shift including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Loads, runs and unloads the dish machine following Ruby Tuesday procedures.
• Keeps the dish machine clean and reports any problems.
• Washes and stores all tableware and kitchenware; maintains adequate levels of clean dishes.
• Maintains clean, stocked, and sanitary restrooms.
• Cleans floors and dish area; bags and hauls trash as needed.
• Set-up, cleanliness, and organization of the work area before, during, and after every shift.
