Qualifications

• No experience is required and basic English is preferred.
• Must be able to read and follow instructions and safety guidelines.
• Candidate should be able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Carry out basic cleaning tasks.
• Collect pots, pans, dishes, glassware, and flatware for washing.
• Washes tables, walls, refrigerators, and meat blocks.
• Sweeps, mops, cleans and vacuums floors.
• Break down kitchen for clean up.
• Remove trash to designated areas.
• Daily cleaning of restaurant facilities.
• Transfer supplies and equipment to storage areas.
• Ensure storage areas are clean and organized.
• Clean equipment with chemicals to meet sanitation standards.
• May buff floors and clean trash cans.
• Perform basic food preparation as directed by kitchen management.
