You will operate commercial dishwashing equipment, sanitize dishes and cookware, and maintain clean work areas while following safety and sanitation standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
• 1-2 years of food & beverage experience preferred.
• Hospitality experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate commercial dishwashing equipment.
• Clean and sanitize dishes, glassware, silverware, and kitchen equipment.
• Wash pots, pans, and cooking utensils.
• Maintain clean dishwashing, kitchen, storage, and compactor areas.
• Assist with kitchen cleanliness and organization.
• Support team members with additional projects as assigned.
• Follow all hotel safety, sanitation, and quality standards.
