The Dirty Buffalo in Norfolk, VA is hiring a Dishwasher to keep our busy kitchen clean and efficient. You will operate, clean and maintain a commercial dishwasher and other kitchen equipment, stock supplies, and help keep the sanitation levels high to ensure guest safety.

Responsibilities

• Operate, clean and maintain a commercial dishwasher and other kitchen equipment.
• Stay organized, put things back where they belong, and keep cleaning throughout your shift.
• Maintain correct sanitation concentrations and heat levels to ensure we keep our guests safe.
• You are a skilled communicator and love to keep yourself and everyone else on task.
• You show up on time, in uniform, ready to work every day.
• You take and receive direction and help others when they fall behind.
• When you see something that isn’t right, you go out of your way to make it right.
• Stand up and move for most - if not all - of your shift and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Work weekends and holidays.
• Get to work in inclement weather (we are from Buffalo, we don’t close for snow).
• Understand and communicate in the predominant language of our guests.
