Overview

Ensemble Arts is looking to hire a Dishwasher.

This role will pay an hourly rate of $15 to $18.

For FT roles: Benefits include health, dental and vision insurance, 401(k) savings plan, 401(k) matching, and paid time off (vacation days, sick days, and 11 holidays).

EVERGREEN ROLE: Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis; there is no application deadline.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean work environment, including floors, walk-ins, hallways, and other food preparation areas.
• Oversee the proper setup and breakdown of work areas.
• Wash, stack, and store China, glassware, silverware, cookware, and storage containers.
• Organize food deliveries in a timely manner.
• Assist with recycling and trash removal.
• Follow daily cleaning opening and closing checklists.
• Assist with food prep and other duties as requested by the chef.
• Support restaurant service and special catered events.
• Ensure compliance with local health department regulations.
• Follow proper opening and closing protocols.
• Assist in training new dishwashers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimal work experience.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Exceptional time management skills.
• Ability to stand or walk for 8-hour shifts and lift at least 30 pounds.
• Willingness to comply with all food safety procedures.
• Flexible shift hours (Sunday required).
