Job summary

Atria Senior Living - East Northport is seeking a dedicated kitchen/dining associate to maintain clean, organized cooking and dining areas and support residents with meal experiences. You will collaborate with the Culinary Services leadership to ensure satisfaction and safety.

The role emphasizes strong hygiene, teamwork, and adherence to procedures, with a focus on delivering high-quality dining in a supportive senior living environment.

Qualifications

• Basic reading, writing, and mathematical skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain kitchen and dining areas in a clean and orderly condition.
• Wash, clean, sanitize and store all dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and other equipment.
• Provide high level of customer service and promote a restaurant-style dining atmosphere.
• Work with Director of Culinary Services and/or Executive Director to keep residents satisfied with food and dining programs.
• Maintain kitchen in a clean, safe, and sanitary condition at all times.
• Wash and store all dishes and equipment per policy.
