Job Summary

Summary: Receives all liquor, beer, and wine from storeroom daily and as needed. Replenishes all liquor, beer, and wine in the bar throughout the shift.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Retrieve food items from kitchen and deliver to bar.
• Retrieve beverage items and garnishes from storerooms and deliver to bar.
• Set up bottles on bar, with 'top shelf' liquor on the back shelf.
• Ensure beer taps are functioning properly.
• Place bar snacks on counter; keep supplies stocked.
• Assist in opening and closing side work.
• Buses tables, helps maintain cleanliness of bar and lounge areas, including washing tables, walls, refrigerators, floors, sweeping, and mopping.
• Remove rubbish from receptacles.
• Prepare and serve beverages to assist bartender.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
