The Role You’ll Contribute

Responsible for cleaning cooking areas, utensils, and equipment in the kitchen as necessary.

The Value You’ll Bring To The Team

• Washes and sorts flatware, serving dishes, china, and glasses.
• Operates dishwashing machine.
• Cleans and sanitizes all food preparation surfaces, counters, and shelves after each meal.
• Sweeps and mops kitchen floors after each meal, removes trash, and operates/cleans dish machines and equipment per procedures, including sanitizer solutions and temperature checks.

Qualifications

The skills and experience needed:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred.
• Previous food service experience is desirable.
• May require obtaining and maintaining state-specific certifications.
• Servsafe certification is preferred.
