Job summary

Atria Senior Living - Valley View is seeking a dedicated kitchen support team member to maintain clean dining areas and assist with daily food service. You will wash, sanitize, and store dishes and ensure a safe, sanitary kitchen while supporting residents and dining staff.

The role emphasizes strong service, adherence to schedules, and collaboration with culinary leadership to maintain high dining standards.

Qualifications

• Basic reading, writing, and mathematical skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain kitchen and dining areas in a clean and orderly condition.
• Wash, clean, sanitize and store dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and equipment.
• Provide a high level of customer service and promote a restaurant-style dining atmosphere.
• Work with culinary leadership to keep residents satisfied with food and dining programs.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary kitchen at all times.
• Assist with preparation and execution of special events and banquets.
• Attend pre-meal stand up in kitchen prior to meal service.
• May perform other duties as needed and/or assigned.
