Job summary

Southern Tier, part of Artisanal Brewing Ventures, is seeking a Dishwasher in Buffalo, NY to maintain clean and safe kitchen areas in a fast-paced environment. You will sanitize pots, pans, dishware, and utensils with reliability and teamwork.

Reports to the Executive Chef or Manager on Duty. Competitive compensation, flexible schedules, and product discounts are offered as part of a growth-minded brewery team.

Qualifications

• Ability to understand and follow directions.
• Ability to meet restaurant standards for health, safety, and excellence.

Responsibilities

• Clean all wares including pots, pans, flatware, and glasses, by hand or using dishwashers.
• Stock serving stations, cupboards, refrigerators, and other assigned areas with necessary dishes and utensils.
• Move dishwashing supplies and equipment from storage to work area by hand or using hand trucks.
• May assist in cleaning and preparing various foods for cooking and/or serving, as directed.
• Ensure work areas remain safe, clean, and orderly, adhering to all company, local, and state guidelines regarding health, safety, and sanitation.
• Follow all opening and closing duties as outlined in ABV guides.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
