Job summary

Southern Tier Brewing Company is seeking a Dishwasher to join our kitchen team. You will maintain cleanliness of wares, stock stations, and follow health and safety standards in a busy environment.

The role requires the ability to lift up to 60 pounds, stand for long periods, and work quickly and accurately under pressure while maintaining hygiene. Join a collaborative team in a fast-paced craft beer setting.

Qualifications

• Ability to understand and follow directions.
• Adherence to health, safety, and cleanliness standards.
• Ability to work effectively with kitchen staff.

Responsibilities

• Clean all wares including pots, pans, flatware, and glasses, by hand or with a dishwasher.
• Store clean equipment and dishes in assigned storage areas following safety practices.
• Stock serving stations, cupboards, refrigerators, and other areas with necessary dishes.
• Clean and empty trash and recycling receptacles.
• Move dishwashing supplies and equipment from storage to work area by hand or with hand trucks.
• Assist in cleaning and preparing various foods as directed.
• Ensure work areas are safe, clean, and orderly per health and sanitation guidelines.
• Follow opening and closing duties as outlined by ABV guides.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
