Job summary

Chick-fil-A Chicopee is looking for dependable Back of House team members to join as a Dishwasher. You will wash, sanitize, and organize dishes while supporting a clean, efficient kitchen environment.

Full-time and part-time shifts are available, with evening hours from 6 p.m. to midnight and 8 p.m. to midnight. Benefits include scholarship opportunities, free college education through Point University, and a fun, people-focused workplace.

We're looking for dependable and hardworking individuals to join our Back of House team as a Dishwasher!

Key Responsibilities:

• Wash, sanitize, and organize dishes
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe dishwashing area.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation standards.
• Assist with general kitchen cleaning, closing, and other tasks as needed.
• Work efficiently to support smooth restaurant operations.

Position Type:

• Full-time and Part-time

Shifts Needed:

• 6 p.m. to midnight
• 8 p.m. to midnight

Responsibilities beyond dishwashing may include:

• Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely, quickly and efficiently, meeting Chick-fil-A standards
• Be knowledgeable of the assignments for all kitchen stations, including fries, breading, assembling, boards, and food prep
• Stock kitchen inventory as needed
• Keep the kitchen neat, clean and orderly at all times
• Keep up-to-date with new products rolled out by Chick-fil-A
• Work safely around kitchen equipment and report any maintenance issues to Leadership
• Maintain personal knowledge by completing in-house training and stay up-to-date on any changes
• Complete all opening or closing tasks as assigned
• Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times
• Other duties as assigned
