Job summary

Beyond Bread is hiring for Busser / Dishwasher / Cleaner in Tucson. No experience required and training provided. Compensation ranges from $15.50 to $19.00 per hour.

Full-time employees receive Health, Dental and Vision coverage, free shift meals, a free daily loaf of bread, and an employee discount, with a scratch kitchen culture throughout our Tucson locations. In this role you will operate a dishwasher, rotate dishes, clear tables, and help maintain cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Operate an industrial dishwasher or handwash as needed.
• Rotate dishes to reduce wear and tear.
• Clear tables for our guests and keep the dining room clean.
• Empty and clean all trash receptacles.
• Follow all sanitation and health policies and report issues.
• Aid and support the back of house teams.
• Assist managers with facility and equipment maintenance.

All team members are included in our Team Tip Pool and make $18-$19/hr after training!

What will you do?

• Operate an industrial dishwasher or handwash as needed

• Follow all sanitation and health policies and procedures and report any janitorial issues
• Aid and support the back of house teams
• Aid the managers in facility and equipment maintenance and troubleshooting
