• Follow safety and sanitation standards and wear non-slip shoes.
• Assist with cleaning and resetting tables and keeping floors clean.

This role ensures the kitchen and dishwashing areas are clean, safe, and organized, supporting overall kitchen operations and contributing to a positive dining experience. Must be willing to work as a part of a team to assure an enjoyable working environment, and quality guest experience.Essential Functions and Major Responsibilities:Clean and Sanitize Dishware: Operate dishwashing equipment and handwash delicate items to ensure all dishes, glassware, and utensils are properly cleaned and sanitized.Maintain Steady Workflow: Keep a consistent flow of clean items available to support restaurant operations, prioritizing essential items for quick turnaround.Monitor and Restock Supplies: Track levels of detergents, sanitizers, and cleaning solutions, restocking proactively to avoid disruptions.Follow Safety and Sanitation Standards: Adhere to food safety protocols, ensure proper sanitization levels, and wear non-slip shoes at all times.Support Team and Cleanliness: Assist staff as needed, clean and reset tables, and keep floors and surfaces free of spills and debris.Secondary Responsibilities:Assist with food prepCleaning and maintaining kitchen equipment to ensure optimal performance.Other duties as assignedSpecific Job Skills:License/Certifications - Idaho Food Safety Certification is preferredTechnical - NonePhysical Capabilities - Able to stand/walk for whole shift, lift up to 50 lbsAdditional - Worksite is 100% inside and you will be exposed to fumes, odors, mechanical and burn hazards.
