Job summary

Oakmont Management Group is seeking a Dishwasher for our California senior living community. You will prepare the dish area, transport and sanitize dishes, and support kitchen operations while ensuring safety and cleanliness.

Being at least 18, with a high school diploma or equivalent, and ability to pass background and health screenings is required. Oakmont emphasizes resident-focused service, teamwork, and adherence to safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Six months of kitchen or similar experience preferred.
• Must pass Criminal Background check and Health Screening tests (TB tests included).
• Ability to interact and communicate effectively with staff, residents and families.

Responsibilities

• Prepare dish room prior to meal service and transport dishes to kitchen.
• Wash and sanitize dishes, return to storage areas.
• Assist with kitchen clean-up and sanitation of dish room, dining areas, and equipment.
• Respond professionally to resident concerns and complaints.
• Maintain a safe and secure environment following safety standards.
• Encourage teamwork across departments.
