Oakmont Management Group, based in Irvine, California, is seeking a Dishwasher to support our senior living community. The role ensures dishes and utensils are cleaned, sanitized, and stored properly in line with our mission and values, contributing to a safe and welcoming dining environment for residents.

The position requires 6 months of kitchen experience (preferred), being at least 18, and a high school diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications

• Six (6) months of experience in a kitchen or similar setting.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Possess written and verbal communication to interact with employees, supervisors, physicians, healthcare professionals, residents, and families.
• Must pass a Criminal Background check and Health Screening tests (including TB).
• Vaccination may be required per regulatory guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Prepare dish room/area prior to meal service.
• Transport dishes to kitchen after meals; wash and sanitize; store properly.
• Assist with kitchen clean-up and sanitation; empty trash.
• Respond to resident concerns professionally and caringly.
• Maintain a safe and secure environment for staff, residents, and guests.
• Encourage teamwork with co-workers and other departments.
