Responsibilities

Removing used plates, glasses, cutlery and napkins from tables after diners are done eating.
Wiping up water spills, food stains and dirt from tables.
Replacing cutlery and glassware in anticipation of new diners.
Refilling napkins, salt and pepper shakers and other condiments on the dining table.
Refilling drinking glasses with water.
Bringing out meal orders if servers are busy.
Handling cleaning of the dining area at the close of day.
Good hygiene to help you maintain food safety standards.
Strong attention to detail to ensure you keep serving items and the restaurant/kitchen clean and tidy.
Ability to multi-tasking and organization skills to manage a wide variety of tasks and maintain eatery standards.
Performs other duties as necessary and assigned.
