Qualifications

• The skills necessary for this position are typically acquired through two months of on the job training or through related experience.

Responsibilities

• Clean floors, floor mats; drains, sweeps and mops all major traffic areas of kitchen.
• Clean kettles, ovens, hoods, fryers, flat top broiler, and spider top all built in equipmentand equipment too large for the pot sinks or dishes machine.
• Polish all stainless steel in kitchen area.
• Responsible for use and knowledge of several chemicals. Must use protective gloves and eyewear periodically throughout shift.
• Keep work area (floor, machine, shelving, carts, etc.) clean.
• Perform other related duties as may be assigned.
