Job summary

Paycom - ATS in Dallas, TX is seeking a dependable Dishwasher to clean dishes, glassware and utensils, and to support bussing duties while maintaining a safe, sanitary dining area. You will manage the dish machine, stock supplies, and help keep the restaurant running smoothly.

The role requires basic reading and math, good communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Prior dishwashing or bussing experience is a plus, and a high school diploma or GED is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school degree or GED preferred.
• Six months to one year minimum dishwashing and/or Busser experience preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Good reading, writing, mathematical and communication skills.
• Able to interact professionally with other Customers and Team Members.
• Able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Good judgment and decision making abilities.

Responsibilities

• Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware and utensils.
• Maintain dish machine and monitor chemical levels.
• Clean and reset tables; bussing and pre-busing.
• Assist with front of house as needed (host duties, seating).
• Keep area clean including back dock and grease trap.
• Provide excellent customer service and safety compliance.
• Follow all company policies and procedures.
