• 1 year of dishwashing experience required.

Responsibilities

• Maintains dishes, pots, pans, trays, kitchen, work areas, equipment and utensils in orderly and sanitary condition.
• Washes pots, pans and trays according to procedures; ensures cleanliness and sanitation.
• Polishes silver using appropriate equipment; maintains safety standards.
• Keeps dish area orderly and in compliance with safety standards.
• Removes trash; cleans and sanitizes work surfaces and floors.
