Job summary

Fish City Grill is seeking a friendly and dependable Dishwasher at our Plano, TX location. You will be responsible for cleaning all dishes, smallwares, and glassware to restaurant standards while maintaining a clean and sanitary work area.

You will also assist with bussing, seating guests, and supporting servers as needed. This role requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, maintain good communication, and follow all safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Six months to one year minimum dishwashing and/or Busser experience preferred; or equivalent education/experience.
• High school degree or GED preferred.
• Good reading, writing, mathematical and communication skills.
• Able to interact professionally with Customers and Team Members.
• Able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Good judgment and decision making abilities.

Responsibilities

• Perform the role of a Dishwasher and keep dish machine maintained.
• Clean, sanitize and store all utensils and equipment properly.
• Provide a clean and safe environment for Customers and Team Members.
• Assist Host by seating Customers and support Servers.
• Help with restroom cleanliness and maintain overall restaurant cleanliness.
