Job summary

Roaring River State Park in the southwest Ozark hills of Missouri is seeking a dedicated Dishwasher to maintain a clean, safe kitchen and keep the dish-room organized throughout shifts. You will support bussing duties when needed and follow health and safety standards and chemical handling procedures.

Qualified applicants will have ServSafe or equivalent, be able to lift up to 50 lbs, and work varied day/night/weekend/holiday shifts.

Qualifications

Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and carry 25 lbs.
Must be 18 years of age or older.
ServSafe certification or equivalent required by policy.
Ability to work day, night, weekend and holiday shifts.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

Follow dishwashing procedures to ensure cleaning, sanitizing and storing of dishware and utensils.
Maintain cleanliness of workstation, kitchen and food storage areas at all times.
Complete daily and weekly cleaning assignments.
Organize items as they are cleaned and restock areas.
Follow health and safety policies and proper use/storage of chemicals.
Work as a busser when not scheduled in the kitchen.
Report repairs needed promptly for kitchen equipment.
Adhere to health, safety, security policies and initiatives.
All other duties as assigned.
