Casino Omaha is seeking a Restaurant Dishwasher/Busser to support dining and kitchen operations, washing and sanitizing dishes, clearing tables, and assisting servers to ensure a seamless guest experience in a fast-paced setting.

Candidates should be able to stand long hours, lift and carry heavy items, follow hygiene standards, and work well with teammates to maintain a clean, orderly dining room and efficient service. This is a full-time, on-site role.

Qualifications

• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Basic understanding of hygiene and sanitation standards in a food service environment.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality to support consistent restaurant operations.

Responsibilities

• Wash, sanitize, and organize dishes, glassware, utensils, and kitchen equipment using commercial dishwashers and manual cleaning methods.
• Clear and reset tables promptly to prepare for incoming guests, ensuring all table settings are clean and orderly.
• Assist servers by refilling water glasses, delivering bread or condiments, and responding to guest requests as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, including sweeping floors, wiping down surfaces, and disposing of trash appropriately.
• Collaborate with kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth communication and efficient workflow during busy periods.
