Grotto Pizza is seeking an entry-level Busser/Dishwasher to support front-of-house operations. The role involves bussing tables, cleaning dining and dish areas, and assisting servers to ensure smooth service.

The position requires a baseline education and physical ability to stand for several hours, lift up to 20 lbs, and work in a fast-paced restaurant. 16+ years old and willingness to perform various side tasks are expected.

Qualifications

• Stamina to stand for extended periods (up to 5 hours).
• Ability to lift and carry items up to 20 lbs. or more.
• Capable of working in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Responsibilities

• Bus tables and clear dishes during and after meals.
• Clean tables, chairs, and dining areas; maintain dish room organization.
• Wash, store, and transport dishes; assist servers as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness of parking lots and building exteriors.
• Communicate with staff to ensure dining room efficiency and guest service.
• Stock wait stations with silverware, cups, ice, and plates.
• Assist in opening/closing procedures and side work tasks.
• Support restaurant maintenance and prevent spills or accidents.
