Keeps the dish room and equipment clean and organized. Cleans and resets tables after guests have departed maintaining a clean, safe and sanitary dining area for guests. Assists with receiving and stocking supply orders. Follows Company policies and procedures. Maintains the work area in a clean, well-organized manner, and assists others as needed.**GENERAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILL AND ABILITY**:Requires ability to take written and verbal direction.
