Job summary

White Lodging is seeking a Dishwasher for Boilerhouse Prime at the Pete Dye Clubhouse near Purdue University's campus. You will help ensure smooth kitchen operations by maintaining cleanliness and supporting the culinary team in a fast-paced environment.

No prior experience is required, but a strong work ethic and ability to stand for long periods are essential as you help load/unload the dishwasher, prepare areas, and keep dining spaces ready for guests.

• No prior experience required, but a strong desire to work hard is essential.
• Ability to stand and move at a fast pace for long periods of time.

Responsibilities

• Sweep, mop floors, wash worktables, and clean walls of refrigerators and other assigned equipment using designated chemicals.
• Ensure that the floor and work surfaces are kept free of trash, water, etc. to prevent potential accidents.
• Scrape food from dirty dishes, pots, and pans and wash by hand or in the dishwasher.
• Sort silverware before cleaning and properly load and unload the dishwasher.
• Sort and store all clean china, glass, silver, chafers, coffee pots, pitchers, display pieces, and platters using proper procedures.
• Assist with unloading product from supply trucks.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
