Job Summary

The Dishwasher is responsible for duties such as dishes, cleanliness of the kitchen, food preparation, organization, sanitation, and production of food items, as well as closing and storage for individual workstations as needed.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

1. Set up daily prep and organize the workstation.
2. Operate the dishwashing machine, sink pot scrub station, and ware washing setup.
3. Dispose of all food waste, manage trash, and break down boxes for disposal.
4. Sweep and mop kitchen floors as directed.
5. Prepare and store food items adhering to quality standards.
6. Assist in receiving and procuring kitchen goods following safety and sanitation procedures.
7. Communicate with Chef(s) regarding special products or equipment issues.
8. Assist team members, members, and guests to ensure excellent service and participate as a team member.

About You

• Previous experience in stewarding or kitchen prep is favorable.
