Hilton Garden Inn Washington DC/U.S. Capitol is seeking a part-time Dishwasher to uphold cleanliness and sanitation, ensuring dishes and utensils shine while delivering a memorable dining experience for guests.

You will join a ROCKSTAR TEAM, with opportunities for advancement through the Management Development Program; training provided. Must be able to work mornings, stand for long periods, and lift up to 50 pounds. English communication required.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work a part-time morning schedule.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Able to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Flexible work schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent English communication skills (read, write and speak).

Responsibilities

• Maintain kitchen work areas, equipment and utensils in clean and orderly condition
• Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and/or pans
• Sort and remove trash, placing it in designated pickup areas
• Clean garbage cans with water or steam
• Maintain department cleanliness and organization, follow food safety and sanitation standards

Requirements

• Prior experience in a luxury hotel setting is ideal, but willing to train the right hospitality professional looking to grow their career. We are dedicated to thoroughly training & developing our team into hotel leaders through interactive teamwork in a positive work environment!

$18.40 per hour
