Job description

As a dishwasher at Twin Creeks, you will be working under the direction of the Food & Beverage Manager. Your duties will consist of assisting the service and culinary departments and providing world-class customer service to our teams and families that visit our complex.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain dishwashing equipment.
• Clean appliances and machines.
• Empty and cleaning trash receptacles.
• Sweep and scrub kitchen floors to maintain a clean and tidy working environment.
• Receive and put away deliveries of clean dishes and supplies.
• Follow instructions from supervisors and work collaboratively with the kitchen team.
• Knowledge of food safety.
• Other kitchen tasks as required.
