Sonny's Place in Somers, CT is seeking a reliable Dishwasher to help maintain a clean and safe kitchen for our family-friendly entertainment center. You will load, run, and unload the dish machine and ensure a steady supply of clean tableware for busy service.

The role requires weekend, night, and holiday availability, a positive attitude, and the ability to work quickly in a fast-paced environment. Food service experience is preferred, and applicants must be at least 16 years old.

Responsibilities

• Load, run, and unload dish machine.
• Monitor dish machine water temperature and chemical levels to ensure sanitary wash.
• Keep the dish machine and dishware clean and organized.
• Properly wash, sanitize, and store all tableware and kitchenware.
• Maintain adequate levels of clean tableware for the entertainment center.
• Handle tableware to prevent breakage and loss.
• Maintain adequate levels of cleaning supplies.
• Keep the dish room, food prep, and production areas clean and organized.
• Other duties as assigned.

Position Summary:

The Dishwasher is responsible for providing a clean and safe kitchen area for your team by cleaning tableware, pots pans and cooking equipment.

Your Role:

• Load, run, and unload dish machine.
• Monitor dish machine water temperature as well as detergent, sanitizer, and chemical levels to ensure a sanitary wash cycle.
• Keep the dish machine clean and maintain cleanliness of dishware.
• Properly washes, sanitizes, and stores all tableware and kitchenware.
• Maintain adequate levels of clean tableware for the entertainment center.,
• Handle tableware carefully to prevent breakage and loss,
• Maintain adequate levels of dish detergents, and cleaning supplies.
• Keep the dish room, food preparation, and production areas clean and organized.
• Other job duties as assigned.
