Job summary

Chompie’s Restaurant and Deli, a JRI Hospitality Brand, seeks a part-time or full-time Dishwasher to uphold high sanitation standards and support kitchen operations in Scottsdale, AZ. You will manage dishwashing duties for dinnerware, utensils, and glassware, using both machine and manual methods while following safety rules.

• Maintain cleanliness of all dinnerware, cooking utensils and glassware using machine and manual processes.
• Adhere to health and safety guidelines and obtain/maintain Maricopa County Food Service Worker Certification.
• Knowledge of cleaning supplies and proper chemical concentrations in dish machines.
• Maintain good hygiene and frequent hand washing to ensure a safe environment for guests and coworkers.
• Arrive on time for shifts and maintain a neat appearance in company uniform.

We’re looking for Dishwashers to maintain the cleanliness and sanitation standard for all dinnerware, cooking

utensils, glassware, etc. using machine and manual processes with the highest regard for the Company’s

Safety and Sanitation standards and regulations while contributing to the overall cleanliness of the kitchen.

Dishwasher Select Job Duties & Responsibilities:

• Efficiently keeps up with dishwashing responsibilities to support the overall business operations.
• Adheres to our standards of health and safety guidelines, including acquiring and maintaining a current Maricopa County Food Service Worker Certification, maintaining a clean apron, proper hand washing procedures, temperature danger zone, etc.
• Must have or be able to gain knowledge of all cleaning supplies and ensure the proper concentrations of chemicals are being maintained in the dish machine and the mop sink.
• Maintains good hygiene and frequent washing of hands to maintain a safe environment for guests and coworkers.
• Be prepared for each shift on time according to scheduled shifts and maintain a regular and predictive attendance record and arrive in proper uniform maintaining a neat and kept appearance conveying a professional image for our guests.
