Chompie’s Restaurant and Deli in Glendale, AZ is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead the front-of-house team and uphold hospitality standards. You will drive guest satisfaction, coach staff, and ensure operations run smoothly in a fast-paced, family-focused environment.

• Drive Results: Partner with your Regional Operations Partner in KPI-focused meetings. Own people, operations, and P&L performance through sales building, labor management, inventory control, and cash-security procedures.
• Deliver Exceptional Hospitality: Ensure “Every Guest Leaves Happy” by executing OAC, ROR, line checks, temp logs, and offering add-ons/upgrades to maximize both guest satisfaction and revenue.
• Ensure every dish is a work of art- on time, at perfect temperature, and impeccably presented.
• Spotless Experience
• Maintain a near-pristine dining environment throughout every shift.
• Execute promotions and LTOs, control waste, manage labor to target, and drive add-on sales.
• Operational Excellence
• Complete pre-close, side work, and closing duties accurately and safely. Verify closing checklists.
• Team Development & Accountability
• Provide constructive feedback, resolve conflicts, and coach team members to higher performance, recruiting and training new hires alongside your ROP.
• Compliance & Safety
• Uphold HACCP guidelines, local health codes, and company safety/security policies at all times.
