Palm Aire Country Club in Sarasota, FL is seeking a dependable, hardworking Part-Time Dishwasher to join our culinary team. You will help keep the kitchen running smoothly and support our staff in delivering an outstanding dining experience for members.

Qualifications

• Previous dishwashing or kitchen experience preferred, but not required.
• Dependable, punctual and hardworking.
• Positive attitude and willingness to be a team player.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Basic understanding of sanitation and food safety practices.
• Ability to stand or walk for extended periods.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to bend, reach, stoop and perform physical kitchen duties.
• Ability to safely operate commercial dishwashing equipment.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots and pans.
• Keep the dishwashing area clean, organized and running efficiently.
• Clean kitchen equipment and appliances as needed.
• Sweep and mop floors and promptly clean up spills.
• Remove trash and clean garbage containers.
• Assist with unloading and storing deliveries.
• Support kitchen staff with additional tasks as needed.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation and workplace safety procedures.
