Job summary

Carlton Senior Living is hiring a Dishwasher to maintain a clean and sanitary kitchen, wash dishes, pots, pans, and equipment, and assist with food prep and banquet setup. You will help move supplies between storage, kitchen, and delivery areas while supporting safety protocols and resident interactions.

Schedule: Mon, Wed, Fri 11am–7pm; Sat–Sun 7am–3pm. Pay $18.00 per hour with annual raises, bonuses, meals, and comprehensive benefits. Some experience preferred; must be 18+.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years or older, per Title 22 requirements
• Some experience preferred, but not required

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and sanitary kitchen by washing dishes, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment using proper procedures.
• Perform general cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, taking out trash, and sanitizing work surfaces and equipment.
• Assist with food prep, banquet setup, and transporting supplies between storage, kitchen, and delivery areas as needed.
• Support safety protocols, emergency plans, and elopement prevention practices.
• Foster a warm, collaborative atmosphere with residents, families, and team members.
