Job summary

Carlton Senior Living in Davis, CA is hiring a Dishwasher to keep our busy kitchen clean, sanitary, and efficient. You’ll wash dishes, pots, and pans, assist with light food prep, and help move supplies between storage, kitchen, and serving areas.

We value teamwork, reliability, and a positive attitude. No prior experience is required, but any kitchen experience helps. The role is part of our culture of caring, with annual raises, immediate pay, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years or older, per Title 22 requirements
• Some experience preferred, but not required

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and sanitary kitchen by washing dishes, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment using proper procedures.
• Perform general cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, taking out trash, and sanitizing work surfaces and equipment.
• Assist with food prep, banquet setup, and transporting supplies between storage, kitchen, and delivery areas as needed.
• Support safety protocols, emergency plans, and elopement prevention practices.
• Foster a warm, collaborative atmosphere with residents, families, and team members.
