Job summary

Carlton Senior Living in San Leandro is seeking a Dishwasher to maintain a clean kitchen and provide support with food prep.

Join a caring team dedicated to enriching the lives of older adults, with benefits including medical, dental, vision insurance, and more. Ideal candidates will be at least 18 years old with some preferred experience, but it is not required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years or older, per Title 22 requirements.
• Some experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and sanitary kitchen by washing dishes, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment using proper procedures.
• Perform general cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, taking out trash, and sanitizing work surfaces and equipment.
• Assist with food prep, banquet setup, and transporting supplies between storage, kitchen, and delivery areas as needed.
• Support safety protocols, emergency plans, and elopement prevention practices.
• Foster a warm, collaborative atmosphere with residents, families, and team members.
