Job summary

Selland’s Market Cafe in Sacramento seeks a Dishwasher/Steward to maintain cleanliness of dishes, equipment and service ware while keeping work areas tidy and organized. You will support the kitchen team and help uphold high hospitality standards.

The role requires evenings and weekend availability, a positive, attentive demeanor, and a willingness to grow. RBS card is required; 18+ or valid work permit, reliable transportation, and flexible hours are needed.

Qualifications

• Valid Responsible Beverage Serving (RBS) Card required.
• Able to work varied hours/days as business dictates.

Responsibilities

• Dishwasher/Steward duties: keep dishes, equipment, service ware, and restaurant property clean per standards; maintain clean and orderly work areas; assist other staff as directed by supervisors.

Position Summary: A Dishwasher/Steward is responsible for keeping dishes; equipment, service ware, and restaurant property clean according to Restaurant standards. Maintaining Restaurant work areas in a clean and orderly condition is required at all times. The dishwasher/steward is also responsible for assisting other employees as specified by their supervisors.
