Selland’s Market Cafe in Sacramento is hiring a Counter Server & Cashier to greet guests, take orders, and process payments with a friendly, attentive approach.

You’ll work as part of a collaborative team, learn menu items, and deliver hospitality excellence while maintaining a clean dining area and smooth service flow.

Qualifications

• Must be available evenings.
• Must be 18+ or have valid work permit.
• Valid Responsible Beverage Serving (RBS) Card.

Responsibilities

• Provide guest-friendly service, greet guests and know menu details.
• Maintain a clean, sanitary environment and uphold service standards.

Position Summary: Counter Server & Cashier team members ensure that each guest receives outstanding service by providing a guest-friendly environment. This includes but is not limited to, greeting and acknowledging every guest in a positive manner, menu and product knowledge, keeping a clean and sanitary environment and all other components of the restaurant’s guest service standards while growing as part of a team!
