Selland’s Market Cafe is seeking a Dishwasher/Steward to keep dishes, equipment, and service ware clean according to restaurant standards. You will maintain clean and orderly work areas and assist other staff as directed by supervisors.

Qualifications

• Must be positive, attentive and hospitable.
• Willing to learn and grow on the job.
• Valid Responsible Beverage Serving (RBS) Card required.
• Able to work varied hours/days based on business needs.
• Must be at least 18 years old (or have work permit).
• Reliable transportation to work is required.

Responsibilities

• Keep dishes, equipment, service ware, and restaurant property clean to restaurant standards.
• Maintain clean and orderly work areas at all times.
• Assist other team members as directed by supervisors.

Position Summary:

A Dishwasher/Steward is responsible for keeping dishes; equipment, service ware, and restaurant property clean according to Restaurant standards. The dishwasher/steward is also responsible for assisting other employees as specified by their supervisors.
