Job summary

Selland's Market Cafe is hiring a Dishwasher/Steward to keep dishes, equipment, service ware and restaurant property clean and maintained. You’ll help keep work areas orderly and assist team members as needed, contributing to a hospitable dining environment.

We value positive attitudes and teamwork; must be 18+, have reliable transportation, and a valid RBS card. Flexible scheduling with opportunities for advancement within Selland Family Restaurants.

Qualifications

• Must be available evenings and weekends.
• Able to stay positive, attentive and hospitable.
• Willing to learn and grow.
• Valid RBS card.
• Must be at least 18 years old or have a valid work permit.
• Reliable transportation to work.

Responsibilities

• Keep dishes, equipment, service ware and restaurant property clean to Restaurant standards.
• Maintain work areas in a clean and orderly condition at all times.
• Assist other employees as directed by supervisors.

Position Summary: A Dishwasher/Steward is responsible for keeping dishes; equipment, service ware, and restaurant property clean according to Restaurant standards. Maintaining Restaurant work areas in a clean and orderly condition is required at all times. The dishwasher/steward is also responsible for assisting other employees as specified by their supervisors.
