Jim 'N Nick's Community Bar-B-Q is seeking a hands-on team member to manage dish pit duties and support the kitchen. You will help keep dishes moving, maintain a clean and safe work area, and assist wherever needed to keep the restaurant running smoothly.

The Physical Stuff:

This role is hands-on and high-energy. You’ll be on your feet 8+ hours a day standing and walking for extended periods while lifting up to 50 lbs in a live kitchen and stock room areas. Bending, reaching, climbing, and equipment operation are all part of the craft. These requirements reflect the essential functions of the role and may be performed with or without reasonable accommodation.
