Jim 'N Nick's Community Bar-B-Q in Hickory, NC, is hiring a dishwashing team member. You will keep dishes, utensils, and smallwares moving through the machine and back to the line, while maintaining a clean and safe dish pit and kitchen floors.

You’ll jump in wherever the team needs a hand to help run the restaurant smoothly. No prior experience is required, and you’ll be joining a team that values reliability, hard work, and pride in a job done right, even when no one is watching.

The Physical Stuff

This role is hands‑on and high-energy. You’ll be on your feet 8+ hours a day standing and walking for extended periods while lifting up to 50 lbs in a live kitchen and stock room areas. Bending, reaching, climbing, and equipment operation are all part of the craft. These requirements reflect the essential functions of the role and may be performed with or without reasonable accommodation.
