Jim 'N Nick's Community Bar-B-Q is looking for a hardworking team member to support dishwashing and kitchen operations in a fast-paced environment. You will help move dishes, clean areas, and jump in wherever the team needs a hand to keep the restaurant running smoothly.

No prior experience is required, and many teammates started in this role. The position offers flexible schedules and opportunities for growth within the restaurant.

The Physical Stuff:

This role is hands-on and high-energy. You'll be on your feet 8+ hours a day standing and walking for extended periods while lifting up to 50 lbs in a live kitchen and stock room areas. Bending, reaching, climbing, and equipment operation are all part of the craft. These requirements reflect the essential functions of the role and may be performed with or without reasonable accommodation.
