Jim 'N Nick's Community Bar-B-Q is seeking a dish pit/Kitchen helper to support the team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. No experience is required, and reliability is valued as much as hard work.

You will help with dishwashing, utensil handling, and basic kitchen support to keep the restaurant running smoothly. The role emphasizes standing for long periods, working with the team, and contributing to a clean, safe kitchen.

The Physical Stuff:

This role is hands-on and high-energy. You’ll be on your feet 8+ hours a day standing and walking for extended periods while lifting up to 50 lbs in a live kitchen and stock room areas. Bending, reaching, climbing, and equipment operation are all part of the craft. These requirements reflect the essential functions of the role and may be performed with or without reasonable accommodation.
