Jim 'N Nick's Community Bar-B-Q in Birmingham, AL is hiring a kitchen helper to keep the dish pit running smoothly and support the team across the line. This role is hands-on, high-energy, and on your feet for long shifts with lifting up to 50 lbs.

The Physical Stuff:

This role is hands-on and high-energy. You’ll be on your feet 8+ hours a day standing and walking for extended periods while lifting up to 50 lbs in a live kitchen and stock room areas. Bending, reaching, climbing, and equipment operation are all part of the craft.
